Experienced project manager Nuresh Maredia leads the new office, the company’s second.

San Antonio/ClevelandHotel & Leisure Advisors is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in San Antonio. Experienced Project Manager Nuresh Maredia leads the new office, the company’s second.

“Nuresh is highly knowledgeable about hospitality consulting trends in Texas and nationally,” said David Sangree, President of Hotel & Leisure Advisors. “Having him located in the area puts him close to that client base and will help H&LA grow our footprint in the region.”

Mr. Maredia has been a hospitality consultant and appraiser since 2006 and holds license as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas. Since joining Hotel & Leisure Advisors, Mr. Maredia has generated numerous appraisals, market feasibility studies, economic impact studies, and hotel impact studies for a wide variety of leisure- and hospitality-oriented property types.  He works closely with the consulting staff in Hotel & Leisure Advisors’ headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Maredia has a Masters of Science in Hospitality Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance, both from Michigan State University. He is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. He has held management positions at hotels in Texas and India.
