F&B experts at U.S. hotels share their favorite food-and-cocktail pairings to kick off summer.

REPORT FROM THE U.S.—As temperatures rise, food-and-beverage experts at hotel restaurants and bars in Ohio, Philadelphia and Oregon have concocted refreshing cocktails to pair with seasonal dishes for guests this summer.

Their top pairings range from whiskey and wings to tequila and shrimp.
