The 2018 Hotel Data Conference will be held 15-17 August at the Omni Nashville Hotel.

HENDERSONVILLE, Tennessee—Early registration is open for the 2018 Hotel Data Conference, presented by Rainmaker. Now in its 10th year, the conference is set for August 15-17 at the Omni Nashville Hotel.

An early registration rate of $825 is available until March 31, 2018. The conference is expected to draw 650 attendees as part of a fifth-consecutive sellout. Early registration is strongly encouraged as STR and Hotel News Now expect this 10th anniversary edition of HDC to be the best yet.

“This is a labor of love for STR as data is its core, so developing content that meets the needs of our attendees and sponsors is essential,” said Jeff Higley, STR’s VP of digital media & communications and editorial director for Hotel News Now. “We develop sessions relevant to many functions within the hotel industry and are pleased so many leaders and decision makers utilize HDC to help plan their day-to-day tasks as well as their upcoming annual business plans.”

The 2018 Hotel Data Conference will feature four general sessions, 17 breakout panels, nine advanced-level “data dive” discussions and 18 “data dash” sessions. Topics will include forecast, revenue management, distribution, mergers, alternative accommodations, CapEx and more. All told, last year’s conference featured approximately 970 minutes of data.
