Pulse Report diagnoses hotel’s complete health

STR Analytics launched the Pulse Report, an all-new report that helps hoteliers understand a property’s health by analyzing more than just the RevPAR Index.

BOULDER, Colorado—STR Analytics launches the Pulse Report, an all-new report that helps hoteliers understand a property’s health by analyzing more than just the RevPAR Index.

The Pulse Report is part of the STR Analytics’ Diagnostic Suite, which includes the Bandwidth and RPM report. The report seeks to unveil key metrics, other than RevPAR Index, that could help open up insights into how a property is performing. Taken together, these metrics roll into a monthly “Pulse” score.

“The Pulse Report shows you insights never before revealed, and having access to new metrics and seeing how they play a role in your overall property’s performance will be exciting and insightful for revenue managers,” said Carter Wilson, director at STR Analytics.

The Pulse Report includes property metrics that have never been shown in a report before, including:

  • RevPAR gap analysis between your property and its competitors;
  • Competitive set grade; and
  • Property velocity rating.
